How you’ll get support from this inclusive talent recruiter

The employer retains Soladay Olson to post and promote the job opening and gather applications. You ask me questions, we discuss salary, and I provide support as you submit your application through me. I boost your candidacy with insider information for the employer.

When the employer invites you to meet, you and I have a prep session beforehand. You can ask me questions along the way and I’ll try to get answers. If you get the job, the employer hires you directly (you work for them, not me) and pays me a commission for my help — at no expense to you!

Ready to do this, or still need convincing? Read a few testimonials to assuage your fears.

30-Minute Phone Call + 1-Hour Consulting Session

First, ask your top-of-mind questions about career pathfinding in a phone call. We’ll discuss your experiences to date, skills and goals, desired job title, and resources for your search (e.g. job boards, professional associations, business news, reading materials).

Then, we’ll set up a virtual or in-person one-hour session to review how you’re presenting yourself online, update your resume, develop your list of preferred employers, and discover connections I might have for you.

Fee and scheduling may be arranged by email.

Scholarships may be available for job seekers underrepresented in their field.

Additional By-the-Hour Consulting Sessions for Targeted Pursuit

Follow up our initial work together with a focused session to support your application for a specific opening. Let’s fine-tune your letter and resume to address the job description, find an advocate at the employer company to recommend you, and prepare you for the first interview when you land it!

Hourly rate will apply. Please schedule by email.

  • “Thanks to your helpful sharing of resources, I landed a new job. Your advice provided action steps and structure to a daunting process. My past experiences with layoffs had affected my self-confidence. But you reminded me that the fundamentals still work: persistence, connections, applications, variety of search tactics. I have recommended you to my colleagues. You’re the best!”
